The Brownstones Townhomes H.O.A., Inc.* is a professionally managed Homeowners Association that provides:

Landscape Maintenance of Front Yard
  • Includes mowing, weeding and trimming flower beds plus pest control for beds and lawn.
Exterior Maintenance
  • Includes both driveway and automatic driveway gates, painting and sprinkler systems in the yard of each townhome.
  • Includes all exterior painting and foundation repairs, as well as gutter cleaning (All other maintenance will be owner’s responsibility).
Front Yard Irrigation System Maintenance
  • Includes replacing broken sprinkler heads and lines

The Brownstones Community Association, Inc.

The annual homeowners association fee is due to the master association. This includes streetlights, landscape maintenance to common areas, deed restriction enforcement, trash pickup, water and sewer as well as pest control when necessary, utility cost related to all common area amenities. The Association also has property coverage on the individual buildings; general liability coverage plus directors and officers liability coverage, which reduces your homeowner insurance fees.
