The Brownstones Community Association, Inc.
The annual homeowners association fee is due to the master association. This includes
streetlights, landscape maintenance to common areas, deed restriction enforcement,
trash pickup, water and sewer as well as pest control when necessary, utility cost
related to all common area amenities. The Association also has property coverage
on the individual buildings; general liability coverage plus directors and officers
liability coverage, which reduces your homeowner insurance fees.
