Home Owners Association & Community Maintenance
The Brownstones Townhomes H.O.A., Inc.* is a professionally managed Homeowners Association
that provides the following services. Maintenance fees are all inclusive to the
HOA.
Services include:
- Deed Restriction Enforcement
- Trash Pick-up (twice weekly)
- Water
- Sewer
- General liability coverage
- Landscape Maintenance of Front Yard – Includes mowing, weeding and trimming
flowerbeds plus pest control for beds and lawn.
- Exterior Maintenance – Includes both driveway and automatic driveway gates
and sprinkler systems in the yard of each townhome.
- Front Yard Irrigation System Maintenance – Includes replacing broken sprinkler
heads and lines.
